IMPROV 101/201 Intensive: Improv Fundamentals, Characters, and Relationships

Our Improv 101/201 Intensive focuses on the basics of comedy improvisation: team-building, trust, speed, status, active listening, agreement, and game of the scene. You will learn to be fearless and have fun on stage using the DSI approach to improv comedy. Students will also explore character exercises and discover how small changes to our stance, attitude, and voice can produce a wide range of compelling characters.

No comedy or theater experience necessary. Intensive classes are a great way to get through our training program in a shorter period of time without sacrificing any in-class hours.

Class runs from 10am to 3:30pm each day with a one-hour lunch break. On Tuesday, July 4th class will let out at 12:30pm for holiday celebrations.
